I figured out that I was pretty good at cheesecake. It's incredibly versatile. I made two for the cakes test, though I was only required to turn in one.

The first one was pumpkin, which was easily my favorite of the two, but I stupidly sliced it along the decoration.

I wish I'd taken pictures of it before I sliced it.

The second one I did was a triple berry cheesecake. The strawberry made the top layer a bright flourescent pink.
